From NMU / Marquette and
East / LSSU / Sault Ste. Marie, etc. US 41; M-28 West past Ishpeming to M-95 South to Channing. (about 28.5 miles) (11 miles south of Witch Lake) At the North edge of Channing (Look for green sign) make a sharp right turn (almost 180 degrees) (Sawyer Lake Rd.) Then left over railroad tracks on Lake Ellen Rd. (it becomes Channing Rd.) (About 2 miles to gravel Rd. ) Follow gravel road to Phelan Rd. and go Right. At the “T” go Right on Davis Rd. Go left into the Camp and register at the Dinning Hall. Camp Phone is 906-542-2267. From Gogebic C. Col. / Ironwood, etc. US 2 East / South to Crystal Falls. Then take M-69 East to Way Dam Rd. Go North to Channing Rd. & continue East. Go left on Phelan Rd. At the “T” go right on Davis Rd. Go left into the Camp and register at the Dinning Hall. US 41 South to M-28 west to US 141 South to Crystal Falls. Take M-69 East to Way Dam Rd. Go North to Channing Rd. & continue East. Go left on Phelan Rd. At the “T” go right on Davis Rd. Go left into the Camp and register at the Dinning Hall. Camp Phone is 906-542-2267. From Bay College / East / Escanaba, Gladstone, St. Ignace, etc. US 2 to US 2 / US 41 South Follow it through Escanaba. Then Make right turn at Light (US 2 / US 41) Follow to M-69. Take it to M-95. Go North to Sagola. Then take M-69 West to Way Dam Rd. Go North to Channing Rd. & continue East. Go left on Phelan Rd. At the “T” go right on Davis Rd. Go left into the Camp and register at the Dinning Hall. Camp Phone is 906-542-2267. Go to the Dining Hall for Registration! Or Go north to through Sagola to Channing. At the north edge of Channing take the left at a “Y” (Sawyer Lake Rd.). Then left over railroad tracks on Lake Ellen Rd. (it becomes Channing Rd.) Follow dirt road to Phelan Rd. At the “T” go right on Davis Rd. Go left into the Camp and register at the Dinning Hall. Camp Phone is 906-542-2267. Go to the Dining Hall for Registration! |
